Two vendetta
Basically everything I said in the previous GAME CLEAR is true of this game, just shift some numbers around. Instead of featuring returning Robot Masters from Mega Man and Mega Man 2, it features a sampling from Mega Man 2 and Mega Man 3. This time, all of them at least get their own levels. Neat!
Some people complain that this one is a little easy. That doesn’t bother me much. It’s a nice break from what is usually a pretty tough series! Plus, it was a nice leisurely game to play on my travels home from MAGWest VII.
I don’t have much more to say about this one. It really is more of the same (as, in a lot of ways, most Mega Man games are). I understand these Game Boy titles really start to hit their stride with Mega Man III, so I hope to be impressed! I’ll certainly share more if it takes a nice step up. If not, it’s still Mega Man, and that’s about as good as it gets.
